Autumn Spice Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tea bags
  • 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 4 apple slices

 Method

  1. Bring to boil in a pan on medium heat the first 3 ingredients.
  2. Remove from heat and brew your tea bags in the heated liquid.
  3. Remove teabags and cloves, and add apple juice and apple slices.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Hot Apple Cider

Ingredients

  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 8 whole allspice berries
  • orange peel from 1 orange
  • lemon peel from 1 lemon
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 6 cups apple juice (no added sugar)

 Method

  1.  Add to a medium sized pot cinnamon sticks, ground cloves, berries, orange and lemon peel, maple syrup, and juice and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove form heat and enjoy!

Fall Favored Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of moscato or preferred white wine
  • 3 cups of apple cider
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup carbonated water
  • ½ cup of spiced rum
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 chopped apples, pears, and yellow flesh peaches

 Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a large pitcher and chill in fridge for 12 hours.
  2. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy!

Pumpkin Spice Latte

 Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¾ cup hot milk
  • 1 shot of coffee
  • Carmel topping

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients, pour caramel overtop, and enjoy!

Ginger Pear Tea

  • 2 cups chopped pears
  • 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger

 Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot and boil for 30 minutes. Strain out all bits of fruit, serve, and enjoy!
